Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct (the Code) outlines our commitment to maintaining compliance with federal, state and local laws, and any contractual requirements applicable to our operations, including requirements and conditions for participation in federally funded health care programs. The Code applies to every employee, officer, director, vendor or agent doing business with, or on behalf of Elwyn. The Code is available so that everyone is aware of circumstances and behaviors that may violate the Code. Any known or suspected violations of the Code must be reported, either to a manager, a member of the Leadership Team, to the Corporate Compliance Officer directly, or through Elwyn’s confidential Compliance Hotline.
