Ashlee Brown
Ashlee joined the Elwyn ELS team in 2013 and has served in various roles since then. Currently, Ashlee is serving Elwyn ELS as the Director of Professional Development & Research, a role that allows her to live her passion of supporting early childhood and early intervention professionals, as well as families, in the education of young children. In previous years, Ashlee served the field of special education as a Special Education Teacher, Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a certified Supervisor of Special Education. She earned her Doctoral Degree from Temple University in 2019 and she continues to engage with higher education through her work as an Adjunct Professor. Ashlee’s passions in the field include the implementation of evidence-based practices for young children with developmental delays and disabilities, partnering with families and community stakeholders to promote cohesion for the education of young children, the development and implementation of high-quality professional development and, serving. In fact, Ashlee serves as an Executive Board member of the Pennsylvania Chapter for the Council for Exceptional Children, PACEC. Ashlee, a long-term Philadelphia resident, now resides in Montgomery County, is happily married and is the proud mother of three young children.
