Yolanda Bosch

Vice President of Elwyn California

Yolanda is Vice President of Elwyn California. She is an experienced attorney with a distinguished history of advocating for children, families, and individuals with developmental challenges.  

Yolanda's most recent role was as Manager of Contracts and Procurement for the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, where she worked with unhoused individuals in Los Angeles County. Prior to that, she served as the Director of Community Services for the North Los Angeles County Regional Center and was also a member and president of its board for seven years.  

Since 2010, Yolanda has been the principal of Bosch Consulting, a legal advocacy firm specializing in providing legal advice to families with children who have special needs.  

Yolanda holds a BA from the University of Southern California and a JD from the
University of California Hastings School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the State of California and completed a Master of Science degree in Forensic Psychology, summa cum laude, from Walden University in 2022. Additionally, she is a board member and current chair of PathPoint, an organization dedicated to serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses.
