
Nicholas DeRose
Nicholas serves as Elwyn’s Vice President of Operations, leading efforts to streamline processes, strengthen collaboration across teams and partners, and enhance the quality and efficiency of service delivery. His work plays a critical role in advancing Elwyn’s mission and building a stronger, more sustainable organization for the individuals and families the organization serves.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, and business operations, Nicholas has led initiatives that improve operational performance while expanding access to high-quality care. He has held senior leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer of Integrated RCM Services, and Chief Business Officer/Chief Procurement Officer at Legacy Treatment Services (an affiliate of Woods Services). Through his work, he has helped organizations better support more than 20,000 individuals annually.
Nicholas earned his BS in Healthcare Administration from Capella University after beginning his studies at Jefferson University. He currently serves as Board Chair and Government Affairs Liaison for New Jersey Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). An active volunteer, Nicholas has also sat on the Board of Directors for Turning Points for Children and coaches youth sports in the community.
