Mike Gavula

Mike Gavula is Elwyn’s Vice President of Marketing. In this role, Mike oversees all marketing and communications functions, admissions and business development activities and payer contracting. Mike has over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral healthcare, program development, budget and forecasting, customer relationship management and regulatory affairs within the healthcare and human services sector. 

Prior to joining Elwyn in 2021, Mike held various leadership roles at psychiatric hospitals within Universal Health Services, Inc., and with Abraxas Youth and Family Services. Mike holds a Master of Science degree from St. Joseph’s University and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Widener University. Mike is a board member with a local chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness and with his local little league. Mike resides in North East, MD, with his wife and two children.
