Bruce M. Rice, Jr.

Senior Vice President of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Bruce Rice Jr. is the Senior Vice President of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) Services, overseeing the mission and operations of nearly 2,000 supported individuals and over 1,500 employees across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. With over 10 years of experience in the behavioral health and primary care fields, Bruce most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fairmount Behavioral Health within Universal Health Services, Inc., where he led the transformation and revitalization of multiple departments. He has also held administrative and clinical roles across various health systems in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. 

Bruce holds both a master's and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Strayer University. Born in New Jersey and deeply engaged in his community, he is an elected member of the Zoning Board for his township and serves on the Board of Directors for Bebashi-Transition to Hope. He is also a past elected member of the Board of Education for his township, a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
